Needs Assessment
A UniGroup Worldwide UTS International Destination Consultant will spend a significant amount of time with you or your family to determine needs and preferences. The Consultant will focus on housing, schools, language skills and leisure-time interests. Special attention will be given to potential problems or concerns that might impact the success of an international assignment. Information obtained will be shared with service providers and used to tailor choices in the host country.

Cross-Cultural Training

Look-See Program
Look-See enables you to visit and sample a destination prior to relocation. Under this program, the employee and family are met by a local UniGroup Worldwide UTS Partner, a local professional, in order to have questions answered, take a personal tour and briefly experience living there. It is particularly valuable in identifying problems that could cause an international relocation to be unsuccessful.

Homefinding Service
UniGroup Worldwide UTS's comprehensive orientation and homefinding services feature an area orientation that includes hospital and medical facilities, school visits, and appointments to view properties, as well as leisure-time and recreational places of interest.
